Privacy Policy — Vizion Menu
Vizion Menu is a product/service operated by Technologies Turquoise Ltée (“Vizion Menu”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We build ordering and order-management tools for restaurants. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when: restaurant owners and staff use our merchant dashboard and related tools (the “Merchant Portal”), and
customers place orders through a restaurant’s Vizion Menu online ordering page (the “Order Page”), together, the “Services”. We may update this Policy as our Services evolve.
1) About this Policy
This Policy describes: what personal information we collect, how and why we use it, who we share it with, where it may be stored or transferred, how long we keep it, and how you can contact our Privacy Officer. Restaurants and their own privacy practices A restaurant that uses Vizion Menu (a “Restaurant”) may also collect and use personal information independently of Vizion Menu (for example, for their own record-keeping, customer relationship management, or marketing). This Policy covers Vizion Menu’s practices. For a Restaurant’s practices, contact the Restaurant directly.
2) What is “personal information”?
“Personal information” means information about an identifiable individual, including information that can identify you directly (like your name) or indirectly (like a combination of identifiers).
