We turned Rubian’s seafood-only concept into a fast, screen-first menu that’s clear, craveable, and built to upsell.

Défi

Rubian’s old menu read like a traditional seafood house: mixed cues, slow scanning, and visuals that underplayed signature items. Combos and pricing weren’t obvious, and digital screens weren’t fully leveraged.

Objectif

Signal seafood-only and premium quality at a glance, speed up decision-making, and lift average order value through smart add-ons and promos across in-store screens and social.

Solution

A streamlined information architecture anchored by three lanes—Burgers, Bites, Bowls—plus bold category headers, simplified pricing tiers, and signature callouts. We built modular promo tiles, appetite-forward imagery, 4K-safe typography and color, and clear upsell frames for sides, sauces, and drinks. The result is a fast-scanning, on-brand menu that spotlights Rubian’s hero items and drives confident ordering.
